Cheap hotel close to Tenjin stores
Stayed here for a night. Decent room for a cheap price. This place is also very close to the Tenjin stores. Check out is also extremely fast, since you can just drop it off in the box mounted in the lift.
One lift was under renovation, so there was the occasional construction noise before it halted at 6pm. Bathroom mirror was a little damaged too. It was also a little unclear how to get a humidifier for the room, I was told to borrow it from "the far side". I simply took it from the one placed before the renovation barriers. Luggage storage was relegated to coin lockers in the lobby.

Very Good
Location was really good. Close to many food options to explore and close to shopping area. It is also not far from subway stations. The room was more spacious than most we have experienced with in Japan.
Although the room is a bit more spacious than others, the wall or construction materials might be quite thin. We heard noises of furniture moving from other rooms all night. But overall it was a good stay.

Good
The location was great, a quick 10 min walk from Tenjin station which is one of the largest stations in Fukuoka. The staff was friendly. Amenity was easy to get and there was a convenience store near by for quick purchases.
The elevator was old, and once you get to your floor it feels a a bit run down. The room was clean but for the price I paid I would have liked a more modern room.
