Cheap hotel close to Tenjin stores
Stayed here for a night. Decent room for a cheap price. This place is also very close to the Tenjin stores. Check out is also extremely fast, since you can just drop it off in the box mounted in the lift.
One lift was under renovation, so there was the occasional construction noise before it halted at 6pm. Bathroom mirror was a little damaged too. It was also a little unclear how to get a humidifier for the room, I was told to borrow it from "the far side". I simply took it from the one placed before the renovation barriers. Luggage storage was relegated to coin lockers in the lobby.

Location is good. But room size is too small with a super big bed.

The room was extremely small. The room looked clean but I dropped something and needed to move the bed. The floor under the bed was very dusty.

Okay for the price but facility could use some refurbishment
It is close to Tenjin central area, within walking distance to shopping districts and accessible to Hakata Train station and Paypay Dome via subway/taxi. It is relatively cheap for a central area accommodation.
The room is tiny and old. It is hard to open large suitcase as the only spot you can open it in full is right in front of the dressing mirror. Molds and falling wallpaper were spotted in both the room and the bathroom. When mounted on the shower stand, the shower head does not stay in place and always slowly turns to the wall. Also, note that the hotel does not provide luggage storage, it is left in the lobby at your own risk. The stay is okay for the price, but I would probably not rebook again due to the condition of the facility. Generally, there are cheaper accommodations with better services/cleaner buildings in the city. I would advise looking somewhere else unless you absolutely have to stay in the Tenjin area.
